SMARTER Goal Setting
Before becoming a web designer, I was well on my way to a life teaching kids the values of sport and exercise in P.E. One thing sports coaches do really well is target setting.
The SMARTER theory is one method of setting targets and goals that really stuck with me and I’ve found to be transferable to web design.
SMARTER is an acronym used to encapsulate the 7 tenets of good goal setting.
