It searches Google for free stock photography. Very handy if you don’t have a photography budget for your site.
One thing any web designer needs is access to high-quality photos.
If you’re working for a large company or web design agency then you might be given enough of a budget to afford to hire a professional photographer or buy stock photography from a site like Getty. There are also budget photo sites that still provide relatively high-quality images, like iStockPhoto and Dreamstime.

Here’s a list of some sites where you can get photos and illustrations cheap or even free.
My personal favourites are iStock Photo and Dreamstime. Both of them have high-quality photos at low prices. If you sign up (for free) they’ll also give you a free photo every week (or in Dreamstime’s case, every day) - which is fantastic.
